2012-2013 Athletic Physicals
2012-2013 Athletic physicals for students entering grades 7-12 will be given, free of charge, on Tuesday, May 8th beginning at 5pm in the High School Commons. Student's must have physical forms signed by parent/guardian before physicals will be administered. These forms can be picked up from a coach, at the both HS and JH offices or printed from the Physical Forms link found on this page.
All physicals given for OSSAA participation must be given no earlier than May 1 of the preceding year in which the students are to participate and before the first day of practice in that student's particular sport.

All Sports Pass Info
Perkins-Tryon Athletic Department will be offering an All-Sports Pass for the 2012-13 school year. Individual Passes will sell for $100 and Family Passes (immediate family only) will sell for $250. Passes will go on sell August 20th and can be purchased at the high school office. The passes will be good for all regular season home games. Playoff games not included.

Football - games are played at McIlvain Field located on the high school campus. Wrestling - matches are at either at the Perkins-Tryon High School Gym located on the high school campus or the junior high gym located on the junior high campus. The high school campus is located 3/4 of a mile east of the intersection of Hwy. 33 and Hwy. 177 South. The Junior High gym is located on Second St. (W of Main) between Kenworthy St. and Thomas St.
