Demon Athletics is hosting physical nights next week! This year there will be two nights of physicals with the JH night on May 4th in the HS Commons and the HS night on Thursday May 7th in the HS Gym. Both nights will be from 5-8 p.m. Copies of the NEW OSSAA physical forms can be downloaded here and will also be on hand each evening. Cost is $20 cash.
